Every 1st, 3rd and 5th Thursday, 11am
50 minutes of gentle exercise (seated or standing) to music. Inspired by traditional poi, Spin Poi is a fun way to prevent joint stiffness, improve grip strength, balance and coordination.
$2 per class.
